Regular cleaning
A regular cleaning will consist of bathroom deep cleans. All furniture will be dusted and wiped down. Kitchen will be wiped down and all exterior of appliances will be polished. Sweeping, moping, and vacuuming will be done in all applicable areas. Regular cleanings are scheduled biweekly or every three weeks based on the clients needs.
Deep cleans
A deep clean will be more in-depth. Similar to a regular cleaning all areas of the home will be wiped down. A deep clean includes the cleaning of the interior of kitchen appliances (Microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge) as well as cabinets/pantry.
Couches will be vacuumed, cushions will be removed, if possible, leather furniture will receive a leather cleaner and conditioner. Vents will be removed and cleaned.
Windows will be wiped down, and tracks will be cleaned out.
Bathrooms will be disinfected; showers will be scrubbed down and rinsed. Bathroom hardware will be cleaned and polished. If needed shower caulking will be removed and redone. Wooden furniture will have polishing oil applied. Any additional requests can be made.
Please not that deep cleans are the most time consuming and can take up to 10 hours to complete depending on the space.
Move-out cleanings
A move-out cleaning is usually done once the home has been vacated. Like a deep clean, a move-out cleaning will consist of all appliances remaining in the home to be cleaned inside and out. Unlike other cleanings a move-out cleaning will provide carpet washing.
Wooden floors will be polished.
Tiled floors will be steam cleaned.
The entirety of the home will be dusted and wiped down. (Walls, trim, baseboards)
Cabinets will be wiped down inside and out, hardware will be tightened, and polished.
Bathrooms will receive a deep clean and hardware will be polished.
Laundry rooms will also receive a deep clean, if appliances remain, they will be moved in order to clean behind them.
Vents will be vacuumed, and fans will be wiped down, windows and tracks will be cleaned as well (inside only).
Post-construction cleaning
If you have remodeled your home and noticed there is dust everywhere, and would like everything cleaned, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are experienced with post construction cleanings, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, we’ve done it all. Similar to a deep clean the ins and outs of the home (or desired area) will be wiped down to ensure all dust will is removed, if cabinets are in need of cleaning they will be vacuumed for debris and wiped down. The walls and ceilings will be dusted as well. Any debris left behind by the remodel crew will be thrown out by us. (Tape, paper, plastic) We will take care of the new space and make sure its live-in ready by the time were done.
