Regular cleaning
A regular cleaning is a routine maintenance provided weekly or biweekly to preserve day-to-day hygiene and prevent dirt accumulation. It covers general upkeep of high-touch areas without moving heavy furniture or tackling extreme buildup. This, of course, includes a bathroom cleaning, which will always be considered a deep clean as it is a full disinfection clean.
Deep cleans
A deep clean is an extensive, top-to-bottom service that targets hidden grime, buildup, and neglected areas. Taking 4-8+ hours, it goes far beyond routine maintenance by hand wiping surfaces, scrubbing grout, and detailing appliances.

Move-out cleanings
A move-out cleaning is done once the home has been vacated. This will be a top-to-bottom reset of the property, left in pristine condition for the new tenant or a landlord walkthrough.
Post-construction cleaning
A post-construction clean is an intensive multi-phase post-construction cleaning service process that transforms a dusty, debris-filled site into a move-in-ready safe space. This cleaning is far beyond a regular cleaning by tackling microscopic drywall dust, adhesive residues, and heavy construction waste.
